Diabetes Corner Gazette was developed as an easy-to-read
two-page informational handout for patients. It is produced
in English and Spanish. Each edition also includes a version
for promotoras, or community health workers, to use as a patient
teaching tool.
Each issue covers different topics, and have topic-related
columns entitled Fun with Food, Use It or Lose It, The Medicine
Chest, Taking Your Emotional Temperature and What's New. The Diabetes
Corner Gazette can be downloaded and printed for use as
patient handouts.
